DAY 1

Broadway Show

Taking in a show on Broadway will be a highlight of the trip for many students — and for some, it may spark a lifelong interest in the arts. Students will remember the excitement and the drama of Broadway long after the curtains close.

9/11 Memorial

Seeing the World Trade Center and 9/11 Memorial will help to bring the solemn history of September 11, 2001 to life for students who were born long after it. Tour guides with personal memories of the tragedy will lead students through Ground Zero, relating the impact and resilience of 9/11 on New York City and its people.

DAY 2

One World Observatory

After an exhilarating elevator ride that scales 102 stories in 47 seconds, students will enjoy 360° views of the city from the One World Observatory on top of the World Trade Center. The three-story observatory is filled with audiovisual exhibits that will educate and delight students.

Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island

What trip to New York City is complete without taking in these famous landmarks? Students will love to see the Statue of Liberty in person and to learn about the famous history of the statue and Ellis Island.

DAY 3

Wall Street & Times Square

Wall Street has a lot to teach about American history and finance. Students will love taking photographs with the famous statues and learning about the New York Stock Exchange — and they will love the flashing lights and neon billboards of Times Square.

DAY 4

National Geographic Encounter

The immersive technology of the National Geographic Encounter lets students swim with Humpback whales and frolic with sea lions — all in the middle of Time Square. The seas will come to life as never before as students explore the ocean floor from the comfort of dry land.

Robotics Workshop

Designing and building robots gives students a chance to think like engineers. The robotics workshop gives students a chance to solve problems, build teamwork, and apply new skills while having fun with technology.

DAY 5

Intrepid Air and Space

The Intrepid Sea, Air, and Space Museum gives students a chance to climb onboard the US Aircraft Carrier Intrepid. From the flight deck full of authentically-restored aircraft to the hangar deck exhibit space, students will enjoy learn a lot about history and technology.
